I live in South Carolina. I have gotten to the point that I absolutely must loose weight to prevent future problems, increase my energy level and hopefully get rid of pain in my heel that has developed. I feel blessed to be able to grow some of my own food at this point, and I want to get better at it, especially in the challenging conditions I have here.

Hi! Only today did I see your question on my kimchi picture on the KKFF team's pages. I, like you, had a lot of giant radishes and I didn't know what to do with them. I made some pickled radishes from a simple recipe I found on the internet. They, fortunately, came out really well. I used Sandor Katz's basic kimchi recipe as a guideline from his book, "Wild Fermentation". This is a great book and is library friendly. He talks about putting all kinds of vegetables into one's kimchi, so I went HEAVY on the radishes. I made a couple of different versions and they both taste good. So yes, go for radish ferments!

Not sure if you saw the responses to your post on the Jumpstart page, but when you do one of the daily videos, there is a link right on the page that says "track this workout" and if you click on it, it will automatically add to your tracking page. It does not take you to your tracking page, but you only need to click it once ( I clicked 4 times the first day, and had to go in to take 3 of them out). Hope that helps!

Thanks for posting on my blog definitely true anything that is not packaged alone like rice so to speak has many toxic ingredients.

Great to be aware!
