Third time a charm?
Back again! Time to break into the 150's again and keep it off. Activity level is up so why not marry it with some smart eating? Besides, the fashions are so beautiful these days and I want to wear them with confidence!

My Goals:
My goals are to establish a more healthy eating pattern and reintroduce exercise into my daily life. A byproduct of these 2 goals is a more healthy weight and a stronger body.
My Program:
My general program is to reduce my food intake by using the SP tracker - it is amazing how quickly the empty calories add up AND to mover more throughout the day. That movement could be anything from gardening to running - just get up and move!
Personal Information:
I am currently 52 years old and the youngest of 6 children. Both of my parents are still alive! I am married 24 years and have 4 children ages 16 to 21 - life is good. We live outside of Philadelphia PA. I love to travel.
Other Information:
I used to be very competitive in golf and am looking to reignite that passion. I enjoy being with my family and helping each other to be the best we can be.
