Staying Fit and Thin in Canada!

I need to lose at least 19 pounds so I can feel good about myself and fit back into size 6 and 8, instead of 10 and 12 like I was when I immigrated from Kyrgyzstan to Canada in 2005.

My Goals:
To lose about 20 pounds and be able to fit back into sizes 6 and 8 again, instead of 10 and 12.

My Program:
I work out at the YMCA 2 times a week where I do both cardio and weight lifting.
I track my calories every day and try to stay within my range.

Personal Information:
I am 27 and I am from Kyrgyzstan, which used to be part of the former Soviet Union. I am married to a Canadian guy and we have 2 beautiful daughters.

Hi Regina!

I'm so happy that you're reaching your weight loss goal, as for me, I haven't lost anything yet, I don't want to get my hopes up by posting my post-dialysis weight, I still post my pre-dialysis weight.

Thank you! We have very similar goals (well, I have no immediate plans to visit Kyrgyzstan but I'd like to fit into a size 8 again, rather than 10 or 12!). I'll let you know how the meal plans go...it's very unlike me to do this, but I figure I can try anything for a week...plus, I'm bored with my same old recipes. I start that tomorrow, so I'll keep you posted.
