More and More Fun
To me, the main point is to be healthy enough to fully enjoy life. I plan on staying active, fit and healthy "forever". Looking to have more and more fun! I joined Spark on October 4, 2008. Went from borderline obese to a healthy BMI in a little over a year. Since then I've maintained a healthy BMI.
