More and More Fun

To me, the main point is to be healthy enough to fully enjoy life. I plan on staying active, fit and healthy "forever". Looking to have more and more fun!

I joined Spark on October 4, 2008. Went from borderline obese to a healthy BMI in a little over a year. Since then I've maintained a healthy BMI.

Thanks for the welcome!

WAAAAAAAH! I am SO *backsliden* in the strength training department...and at a time in my life when it's ever so important. All I want to do is 20 min. 3-4 times per week...but do you think I can reb up the enthusiasm, determination, discipline for even that? I'm at my wit's end. Any ideas, feedback???

Thanks so much for the Valentine's Day wish, my gratitude friend!!! It was a rough one for me being the first in 13 years without Beth, but friends just like you - both cyber and 3D - are what helped me make it through. Hope you and L had a wonderful day together.
