for the encouraging and supportive message and goodie. It does feel like I'm planting a strong foundation in my fitness plan and loving every step (no pun intended).
The 'sitting is the new smoking'...is something that got me thinking becayse I sit too darn much. If it's not the computer, it's the tv. Started walking in place watching tv and it's not so bad. I actually forget I'm walking sometimes. Lately I'll get up and walk in place when watching a vid on the computer. So many ways to add a little more movement into my not so active world.
