Hey GIrl Im sorry I am so bad getting on here? and Im on a quest 90 day goal to lose another 15lbs to get to my goal hopefully on August I will post before and after pics I ordered the BEAST workout ( weight training) muscle burns fat .... so Im willing to do anything I just lost 15lbs it was a struggle Ive been running at the track 3 nights a wk plus cardio and weight training trying it all mixing it up! see what happens 2 days ago
So sorry for calling you Karen! Let's start over! Hi Holland. I'm dealing with so much right now. My little guy Cocoa is dealing with CKF. He is only 8 yrs. old & his kidney's are failing. It's a terrible disease. I hope he will have a decent quality of life till the end of summer. I started back on track as of 4/16. It's been real slow going but I'm hanging in their. I thought I could be back in Onederland by the end of summer but the way the weight is coming off this time it might take a little longer. Please take care & stay in touch! Linda

Stalled in weight loss really, due to not being in control at the weekends.
I can work hard all week and its all undone at the weekends. I get so little change in routine being a SAHM, the weekends when my husband is free, so we go out, and then eat out, or picnic, it all adds up to not losing any more weight and being stuck at a number on the scale that just taunts me.
