Restarting my weight loss journey! Lost 48 lbs back in 2013 & gained it all back over the last few years for reasons not worth mentioning. I'm moving forward. 2013 is gone & I am living in the present; not worrying about the past any longer. I even deleted a bunch of blogs I had done because a lot of them were filled with negativity. I kept the more positive ones & am moving on from here. I will be keeping a weigh-in log in my 'My Goals' section. 1st weigh in 5*2*16

My Goals:

*Lose 70 pounds total(Maybe more later. I will see when I get there.)

*Get blood pressure down


*Live longer!!!

*Be healthier

*Be able to wear the clothes I want to wear.

*Low(er) carb

*Starting off two 10 min sessions of some form of exercise per day.

Personal Information:
*I am 42 (my birthday is June 14th) & am originally from NC. I lived in Atlanta GA for 16 years until May 2012 when I relocated back to my hometown in NC. I'm here indefinitely.

*I am a serious music lover. My favorite genres are R&B & Neo-Soul although I love some of several different genres.

*I am not married & childfree except for my furkid named Lyric. She is a mixed terrier and I love her dearly. :)

    Hey GIrl Im sorry I am so bad getting on here? and Im on a quest 90 day goal to lose another 15lbs to get to my goal hopefully on August I will post before and after pics I ordered the BEAST workout ( weight training) muscle burns fat .... so Im willing to do anything I just lost 15lbs it was a struggle Ive been running at the track 3 nights a wk plus cardio and weight training trying it all mixing it up! see what happens

    So sorry for calling you Karen! Let's start over! emoticon Hi Holland. emoticon I'm dealing with so much right now. My little guy Cocoa is dealing with CKF. He is only 8 yrs. old & his kidney's are failing. It's a terrible disease. I hope he will have a decent quality of life till the end of summer. I started back on track as of 4/16. It's been real slow emoticon going but I'm hanging in their. I thought I could be back in Onederland by the end of summer but the way the weight is coming off this time it might take a little longer. Please take care & stay in touch! emoticon Linda

    Stalled in weight loss really, due to not being in control at the weekends.

    I can work hard all week and its all undone at the weekends. I get so little change in routine being a SAHM, the weekends when my husband is free, so we go out, and then eat out, or picnic, it all adds up to not losing any more weight and being stuck at a number on the scale that just taunts me.

    I keep on keeping on though.
