UPDATE-4*13*2015

Well..here I go again. I had lost 48 lbs in 2013 & slowly began putting it back on since about Feb of 2014. I put all the weight back on plus 1.6 lbs. I am disappointed but am deciding not to look back, but stay in the moment and look forward to the future. I deleted several old pics in my gallery but kept some of the progress pics from then, along w/ my Onederland pic just to remind myself I did this before. I posted a new 'before' pic (lawd help) so I can see my ...

My Program:

*Eat what I like within calorie range. Lower carbs.

*Some form of exercise every day for at least 20 min starting out. I may break it up into two 10 min sessions. I have pain in my right foot due to an injury last year which also caused plantar fasciitis, so I will be doing seated and low impact exercises.

q*I am 41 & am originally from NC. I lived in Atlanta GA for 16 years until May 2012 when I relocated back to my hometown in NC. I'm here indefinitely.

*I am a serious music lover. My favorite genres are R&B & Neo-Soul although I love some of all.

*I am not married & childfree except for my furkid named Lyric. She is a mixed terrier and I love her dearly. :)
