I haven't been on spark in a while. I've moved out of my parents house. I have a job (this is actually my second job; I was with Kroger for over a year and now work in a college cafeteria kitchen as a vegetable cook)!

I've lost some of the weight, but still have a ways to go. Here's to one step at a time!

xoxo

emoticon Robbin! I'm glad you stopped by to say hello!

I love that you're going to do a yoga workshop with your hero. That is super exciting, and I hope it's an amazing experience. The movie also looks really interesting. I'm going to look into it and see if it will be playing in my area.

I'm doing really well. It has been a little over a year since I started going to Overeaters Anonymous meetings and working the program, and I can't even begin to list the many, many ways my life has changed and improved. I haven't released as much weight as I'd like, but I have seen the success of others in the program, and I know it will happen in its right time. I am simply grateful and overjoyed to be releived of my compulsive food thoughts and all the negative thinking that accompanies them. I take it all one day at a time (sometimes, one hour at a time lol), and, each day I live in gratitude is a day I live in joy too.

I hope you are also meeting your goals and keeping your spark lit!
emoticon Nicole (Nonie)

You're meeting your guru near the Spring Equinox which is a time of growth. How wonderful.
Thanks for the hug, sweetie!

Happy Sunday! Thanks for the lovely compliment on the photo of the textured pottery jug. :-D Yes, my work is for sale. I have lots of photos of my work on Facebook business page. I think you have seen some of it, yeah? Tell me what you're looking for and I can send you photos of what I have.
