I have been in a weight loss/exercise program SERIOUSLY for 2 years. I will have completed my first full year Kettlebell training in June. I have lost a total of 50 pounds in those 2 years. Just learning the real way to eat has been challenging. Now I am stuck at my current weight for the last 2 months. I am getting frustrated. My biggest challenge is Planning and preparing meals ahead of time. My time is limited.
