Difficulty is opportunity in disguise.

Experienced some sizable weight loss using SP. However a challenge was just around the corner. I was getting very thirsty. Short story I was diagnosed with Diabetes 2, even though it is not prevalent in my family. Now I am taking meds and utilizing SP programs to monitor nutrition and exercise. I have evolved with SP to just lose weight, now I try to manage my D2 condition. Just balancing more balls in the air now. emoticon George, thanks for stopping by my blog, "Ch-ch-changes: A Year in Review". Diabetes doesn't run in my family, either, but I learned that being overweight put me at greater risk for it, so I try to eat like a diabetic to avoid triggering an insulin crisis. (Cancer also did not run in our family, but excess weight was the Only factor my doctors identified when I was diagnosed.) Switching to a healthier lifestyle makes life much more fun, doesn't it!
