Difficulty is opportunity in disguise.

Experienced some sizable weight loss using SP. However a challenge was just around the corner. I was getting very thirsty. Short story I was diagnosed with Diabetes 2, even though it is not prevalent in my family. Now I am taking meds and utilizing SP programs to monitor nutrition and exercise. I have evolved with SP to just lose weight, now I try to manage my D2 condition. Just balancing more balls in the air now. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and for the kind words, sweetie.
I hope too that it was a freak accident...we had someone doing it deliberately a few years ago, but then it stopped... I think it is cruel to keep pets in when they are scratching at the door or climbing the drapes to get some air... mine were escape artists anyway- I couldn't keep them in even if I wanted to. One of them survived one poisoning, but whoever put the stuff down this time put so much that he decimated the entire neighborhood population of pets...
I am glad the doggie survived- Mine used to zoomie around the house and trip me up, but I still wish I had them with me.
Big emoticon to you.

Have A Wonderful Weekend.!!!

My message to help motivate you & ( Especialy ) Me this week is

“You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don’t try to forget the mistakes, but you don’t dwell on it. You don’t let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space.”

Thanks for reading my blog! I agree with you about smoothies. There is just something about them. Easy, cool, and I sort of feel like it's dessert which helps the cravings for ice cream.

A Quote from -- Erma Bombeck

You have to love a nation that celebrates its independence every July 4, not with a parade of guns, tanks, and soldiers who file by the White House in a show of strength and muscle, but with family picnics where kids throw Frisbees, the potato salad gets iffy, and the flies die from happiness. You may think you have overeaten, but it is patriotism.

Patriotism is great but WATCH THOES CALORIES !! emoticon
