Here are my goals/daily affirmations:
Daily Affirmations
1. I am so happy and grateful that everyday I can wake up, get up and do something to improve my health and self esteem. Treating my body right makes me feel good and look good.
2. I am a fitness success story. Everyday I choose to eat healthy and work out is a step in the right direction.
3. I am learning more and more about my body, exercise, nutrition and overall health. I will maintain this for the rest of my life so it can benefit me and the kids I donít even have yet.
4. I am celebrating My Birthday in July in a bikini.
5. I am at the gym for every appointment with myself.
6. I eat well proportioned meals and always consider the composition of the meals I am ingesting. I care about what I put into my body and I do not include carcinogens into my body!
7. I stay well hydrated to purify my body and keep me looking youthful.
8. I strive to improve my body every day.
9. I am grateful and feel proud of how I look today and everyday.
10. I deserve to enjoy happiness and a good looking AND healthy body.
11. I am proud to be an example of how hard work and determination can help you realize your potential.
12. I love to look good in my clothes and the more I work out, the better my clothes look!

Personal Information:
I am proud to be Canadian and live in Toronto Canada for 10 years. have my condominium property management company running condominiums.
Stressful work requires extra caution with food and more fitness to offset the stress.
On the second picture is me 4 years back when I went to fitness 4 times per week at 1,5 hour and lost over 45 pounds.

Plan and Log The Food I eat
8 bottles of Water Per Day
2 green teas
Not eating after 9 pm over tv

My Work Habits
Don't go on the internet
Don't watch TV more than 1h (Only National) From 9pm to 10pm
