2015: Healtheir New Me!

A lot has happened since the beginning of the new year.
I met a great guy named Chris. We have been together for
6months. We are going to be getting married one day.
(Very happy, as you can tell by the pict to the left).
I also had a job at Wal-Mart that didn't work out.
But hey that is in the past. I am deciding to keep things positive. I have been eating more veggies and drinking water.
(Still getting sidelined at times with emotional eating).

I also had a job at Wal-Mart that didn't work out.
But hey that is in the past. I am deciding to keep things positive. I have been eating more veggies and drinking water.
(Still getting sidelined at times with emotional eating).
However, I decided to do something about it.
I signed up for the Biggest Looser Challenge 2015.
Looks like a good place for encouragement and accountability.
Two of the things I really need! I am committed to my
Coach and the rest of the team. I will do all that is asked of me.
(All of you are my witnesses to this one!)
Will Do Cardio for 3o minutes a day or add 10 extra minutes if I can. (Using Spark vids, Walk and Jog, Coach Nicole and other DVDS I have). I will strength train twice a day. And if I have a question or need help I will ask my Captain(s) what to do.
Will drink 8 glasses of water a day.
And make use that I eat at least 5 fruits and veggies.
(The rainbow is my friend and I will try to member that!)
I will also get 8 hours of sleep. And try to build up the members on my BLC team (and keep encouraging my existing spark buddies). Will keep in contact through the threads at least 3 times a week. And log in on Wednesday
before Midnight my time which is Eastern Standard time.
I will also journal, yoga, and pray instead of over eat.
(Go for a walk instead of snitch food). NO EXCEPTIONS!
Here is to a great BLC28 and making new friends!






I can't believe it is the New Year.
Here it is guys. I gained instead of lost.
I know it is my fault. I kept eating things I shouldn't.
And accepting junk food when I know it wasn't on the plan.
However, I am ready for a New Start. It will be different now.
Wanting a healthier life for me all the way around.
(And wanting to encourage you as well.
So I am going to rejoin January Jump Start.
Stop sneaking food and eating late at night.
Drink more water and back to 5 veggies daily.
Do Yoga and talk to others instead of eating out of depression or frustration. I am also going to start walking outside for fitness. Good way to de-stress and enjoy nature at the same time.Thank you all for encouraging me and helping me on my journey to a better self. I am here for you too.

My Goals:
Get healthy inside and out. Erase negative mental messages, and do things with family and boyfriend without giving out. I also love meeting and helping others.

My Program:
Get up at 6am to exercise no excuses.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Decrease on junk and increase on veggies at least 5 a day.
Post three times a week on my team's page.
Go for a walk at least twice a week, strength train twice a week, and do team challenges. Don't give up and do all team actives. Journal and pray if tempted to over eat.

emoticon Holly! Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. You CAN and WILL turn your GOALS into the results that you are striving for!
