2015: Healtheir New Me!

I can't believe it is the New Year.
Here it is guys. I gained instead of lost.
I know it is my fault. I kept eating things I shouldn't.
And accepting junk food when I know it wasn't on the plan.
However, I am ready for a New Start. It will be different now.
Wanting a healthier life for me all the way around.
(And wanting to encourage you as well.
So I am going to rejoin January Jump Start.
Stop sneaking food and eating late at night.
Drink ...

Drink more water and back to 5 veggies daily.
Do Yoga and talk to others instead of eating out of depression or frustration. I am also going to start walking outside for fitness. Good way to de-stress and enjoy nature at the same time.Thank you all for encouraging me and helping me on my journey to a better self. I am here for you too.

Cardio 3 days/Strength training 2 days a week.
(Walking outside, using videos on Sp, and Dvds.)
Adding Yoga 10-15 days a week.
Veggies: 4 to 5 times daily.
Water: 8 Cups.
Checking on/Encouraging my SP Friends and Buddies on TWAS.
No Sneaking/Stealing Food.

Thanks for stopping by. I am trying to get back into the swing of things. Had fluid in my inner ear so anytime I moved I got dizzy. Took a month to go away.

I found the owl online when I was looking up "Owl Tattoos".

Huck is a Labradoodle and huge.
