Roller coaster ride!

I'm happy to have joined Spark People because my main problem is lack of motivation and support from people who understand what I'm going through. I'm not looking to get thin but just to get healthy and be able to enjoy life more. I would like to get out more and be able to do more physically challenging activities like hiking. I love theme parks but there's a time I went to a theme park and they were not able to secure the bar over me on a roller coaster. I was crushed and ...

Thanks Burn! I really ned the encouragement. I was supposed to start level 2 yesterday. It was also my weigh in date and I was dissapointed that I had only lost 1 pound. Due to that, I managed to sabotage my efforts and I had cookies AND fries. I'm back on track today and I am feeling encouraged again. Thanks again for stopping by! We can do this! How long have you been using 30-day shred and what kind of success have you had with it?
