    we lose. Look for non-scale victories -- like smaller wardrobe, new shoes, hair cut, bubble baths!(I got my hair highlighted too and love it!). Even if the scale shows plateaus, I have other ways to progress in weight loss without the scale!

    go grocery shopping, they have great recipes to keep on track. When we joined Sparkpeople, they ask us what our goal weight is, when we want to reach it, I like their weight and measurements trackers because it shows how many inches and pounds
