Re-awakening

I totally let myself go as I dealt with some family and emotional issues. Amazingly, in 3 months, I gained 15 pounds! And I was already a bit overweight. So, my goal is to get to my ideal weight by my 55th birthday - next July. I have new motivation now - my clothes don't fit. Not even my "fat clothes".

My Goals:
To get my weight below 160 by the end of August 15, 2013 and to be to my goal weight of 142 by March 15, 2014

My Program:
I am restarting this slowly. First, 10 minutes of mini-trampoline per day followed by yoga. Working my way up to an hour of yoga. Then, some other exercise 3 to 4 times per week. Oh, and getting rid of junk food. First thing to go is Coffee -- which just seems to mess up my sense of time!

Personal Information:
living in the mountains of north Georgia where there is ample room for hiking and mountain biking, but there never seems to be enough time. Am getting ready to move to a place on the Tennessee River where the mountains will be nearby but I can also go kayaking
