Finally getting back to SP after over a 1.5 yrs. I have several medical conditions that have impacted my life, and are making it difficult to do exercise and stay active. I started to lose weight again a October 2014 so that is a plus and should help some of my health issues.

I have a couple of auto-immune diseases (Rheumatoid Disease (RA), Sjogren's Syndrome (SS)), Fibromyalgia, Diabetes T2, Metabolic Syndrome, Reactive Hypoglycemia, Dysautonomia, etc. In the last year, the RA and SS have been kicking my butt. I have lost a lot of abilities, but hope that the medications I am on will eventually help my autoimmune conditions.

Current weight: 3/1/15: 207.4 (201 goal met!!!)

My Goals:
My current goal is 200 pounds. My next significant goal is 170 pounds, with my final goal of 145 pounds. I have broken goals into 10 pound increments to be more attainable and encouraging.

My Program:
I am keeping track of my progress and diet.

I am trying to get healthier by:
- drinking water
- ketogenic diet
- more veggies
- very low carbs
- high fat
- moderate protein
- eliminated added sugar
- eat whole foods
- getting active
- reducing stress

I need to add in exercise. My goal is to get to 5 days a week, 10 minutes or more each time, which is all I can do with the fibromyalgia right now.
