Chrysalis to Butterfly


Continuing on my path from chrysalis to butterfly. It's an inside job - the outside doesn't matter as much as the inside. So you all just get to see my shell right now - the beautiful butterfly is in there always, getting ready to break free and fly!!

My Goals:
My current goal is 210 pounds. My next significant goal is 170 pounds, then 145 pounds. I have broken goals into 10 pound increments to be more attainable and encouraging.

My Program:
I am keeping track of my progress and diet on WW and SP.

I am trying to get healthier by:
- 0-cal drinks
- more veggies
- higher protein
- reduce sugar and simple carbs
- being active
reducing stress

I need to add in exercise. My goal is to get to 3 times per week, 30 minutes or more each time.

Personal Information:
My name is Jill and I live in Alabama. I have a wonderful husband and two young adult children, two mini-dachshunds and a sweet tabby cat. They all bring me joy and inspiration to get healthy.
