I am a very busy military spouse homeschooling mother of 3 and spouse of my soulmate for past 16 years. My goal is to be the very best me that I can be. My Goals:
To lose 30-35 lbs before my birthday in May 2010.
Celebrate the little victories.
Maintain Health as a lifestyle
Become the best me possible
lower my cholesterol to under 150
lower my BMI to 25.0

My Program:
I am working out doing cardio 5-6 days a week. I love turbo jam and hip hop abs. I also do the elliptical and use treadmill for variety.

Strength training 2 times a week working upper and lower body on alternating days
My new favorite exercise are the 10 minute videos on Spark.

Personal Information:
I am from Cleveland, OH and yes I hate snow, currently living in Md in the middle of some great places. I love to travel and read fitness, health books, magazines. I love gourmet cooking. This process has tested my creativity.

Other Information:
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels! And I am hungry for that aroma so lets do it!!

Hi There
I got your message and if the picture on it is you, oh my what a beautiful girl you are. You don't look like you need to lose 35 lbs., but if you do, you can't let anyone sabotage your diet. Get a mind set and stick to it. Execise everyday even if you have to break it down into two sessions.. If I can do it so can you and I'm 74 yrs. old. I'm here for you when ever you need me.
