57 AND TRYING TO LOOSE

HI MY NAME IS CHAR I AM 57 MARRIED WITH 2CHILDREN. I NEED TO LOOSE 62 POUNDS. I HAVE HAD 4 OPERATIONS AND FIND IT HARD TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT. I AM ONE THAT HATES TO COUNT CALORIES BUT I HAVE BEEN DOING IT!!!!!!! SO WISH ME LUCK.

SO TODAY I START OVER WITH MY TEAM MATES THE MORE PEOPLE THAT DO THIS AND TALK ABOUT IT THE MORE LIKELY WE WILL SUCCEED.
THE GOOD THINGS I HAVE LEARNED AND KEPT GOING AT ARE AS FOLLOWS:
I EXERCISE DAILY,DRINK AT LEAST 8-8OZ GLASSES OF WATER A DAY.I EAT MY 5 SERVINGS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES A DAY OF THAT AT LEAST 3 BEING FRUIT.
I USUALLY STAY IN MY CALORIE RANGE WITH NO PROBLEM BECAUSE I TRACK MY FOOD AND FITNESS DAILY THE GOOD BAD AND UGLY.
I CHAT DAILY THIS HELPS A GREAT DEAL AND I CHECK OUT THE NEW BLOGS TO TRY AND ENCOURAGE OTHER PEOPLE.
SO NOW FOR THIS RESTART ALL I NEED TO DO IT EAT HEALTHY CAUSE THAT IS WHAT I HAVE LOST ALONG THE WAY. I WELL START SLOW AND INCREASE TILL I AM 100% YES THIS WILL TAKE TIME BUT I WILL DO IT. MY MIND IS NOT SET THE SANE WAY IT WAS WHEN I STARTED SPARK BUT IT IS SLOWLY COMING BACK WITH THE HELP OF MY TEAM.
SLEEP I AM DOING GOOD AT ALSO SPARK SAYS TO GET BETWEEN 7 AND 8 IT IS ALWAYS 7 AND SOMETIME I GET TO 8 USUALLY ON THE WEEKENDS. I TOOK TWO DAYS OFF FROM EXERCISE BUT NOW ONLY TAKE ONE OFF EXCEPT WALKING I DO THAT DAILY.
NOW NEED TO APPLY THE MIND SET AND GOOD EATING HABITS AND I WILL BE ON MY WAY!
WOULD LIKE TO BE TO MY GOAL WEIGHT BY AUGUST OF 2014 SO IT IS VERY DOABLE.SO I AM GOING FOR IT PLEASE JOIN ME!

EXERCISE DAILY WITH SUNDAY BEING MY DAY OF REST! DOING CHALLENGES AS THE COME UP FOR MY TEAMS! AND THE WORD I CAN'T IS NEVER TO BE SAID!

I HAVE GONE THRU MY OLD BLOGS OF 6 MONTHS AGO, CHECKING IN ON PEOPLE. HAVE YOU MET YOUR GOALS YET? I KNOW YOU SAID YOU ARE COOKING DIFFERENTLY, AND NEEDED TO LOSE 60 POUNDS.
