You Can Go Hard Or You Can Go Home

My name is Chrissy. I'm 27 years old. When I was in high school, I weighed 270 pounds. When I graduated high school, I weighed 150 pounds.

I've kept most of it off, but I tend to yo-yo with 15-20 extra pounds because I love food so much. I'm also a stress-eater. So basically I eat when I'm happy AND when I'm sad.

Yeah, I've turned into a real kettlebell fanatic these past 2 months. It's been a great adjunct to weight lifting, and it loosens me up real nicely.

I decided to get a 35-lber to have at home to practice cleans, snatches, and Turkish Get-ups. There's a good array of 54 and 72 lbers at the gyms I go to. I try to swing a 54 lber for 100 swings at the gym and this past week, did 2 sets of 10 swings with a 72 lb KB!

Enjoy!

That sounds like a no sugar diet I could do! Haha...I hear you on the REALLY good bread! Basically anything at Panera. Also, I would probably die if I couldn't eat fruit. Hope it's still going well!

Thanks for the advice on the jumping ropes. I did jump some more today, finding it rather fun. A good addition to my routine. I'm glad you stopped by my page.
