Losing to GAIN!

My name is Georgianna (or GiGi for short) and I'm 25 years old. I have had issues with emotional eating, over eating. Food has always been what I’ve turned to when I am stressed, happy, or sad. I lost 90 pounds from age 16-17, but gained it all back (and more) because I restricted myself, instead of learning how to eat healthfully or to manage my emotions. It never dawned on me until more recently how great SP really is. There is so much encouragement to receive, inspiration and motivation to be found, and knowledge to gain.

* 45-minutes to 1 hour of gym time 3-5 times per week.

* Sneak in as much exercise as possible. - Take the dog for a longer walk, park in the back of the parking lot, etc.
