Hiya. Sorry you're sick. I did a little research about a "women's supplement", that was supposed to promote "colonic health". The main ingredient is senna which is a laxative. For me, it satisfied my curiosity how someone could lose weight in the double digits in a week's time.

These kind of gimmicks in the long run set you up for failure, not to mention the potential hazard of causing electrolyte imbalance.

Bottom line: Not a good thing.

Thanks for the SP goodie. I know how you feel about being sick. This is the third major cold that I have since Christmas. This is definitely NOT in the schedule!

    Feel better soon!

But we still can give the Olympic swimmers a run for their money, no? emoticon

Get your flippers ready! [Michael Phelps doesn't need to bring his. He has them "naturally" constructed already.]

    Meet you at the pool!

Thanks for stopping by my feed. I don't think the Olympians have anything to worry about from me. They're doing quite well without my help. :)

Hi there and thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog, "How Fat Exactly Are You?" If you have been following the discussion and the links, the bottom line is "the jury is still out". Keep in mind these numbers are only guidelines for us to work with. A doctor should be the final vote after all the lab results are in. After all, that's what we're paying for, right? You want your doctor's expertise to keep you pointed in the right direction. Let that be the final word.
