I have a new motto that I ran across while reading a book. What I could imagine from reading is " Winners are losers who got up and gave it one more try. " I know in my life I have had several times that I didn't get anything right the first time but after stepping back and taking another look got it right. Same thing with the weight loss journey. I have been on several weight loss programs that would work for a while but then wasn't effective anymore. But Sparkpeople have worked longer ...

I have been on several weight loss programs that would work for a while but then wasn't effective anymore. But Sparkpeople have worked longer than any of the other ones that you have to pay to either get pre packaged food or get weight in and counseled. I am on the road to a new life style change for not only for me but also for my 12 year old son and my husband. My husband and son are always wanting something sweet to eat after a meal or want an afternoon snack of candy bar and a coke. I cannot go out and get this for them without getting one for me too. I feel that it is getting me off course on the journey of weight loss. I want to wish everyone that visits has an Awesome Day.

Hi, sister 5% challenger. I'm on the emoticon . Did I forget to tell you? I asked for "any team" as well.

I let them down while on vacation. Tracking sodium when eating who knows what? How are you doing with your challenges?

I have slept for 2 nights in a row so I can make it up a little on this week's challenge, and track every exercise second. What's your plan?
