Hey everyone, My name is Nicole. I have been a member on SP since 2008 but haven't been very active. I made an account, deleted it and made anther account and this happened several times. This time I vow to keep it up and become this me that I always saw myself when I was younger. I use to be fit and active and then I moved out of state and didn't know anyone so I ate to fill the boredom and loneliness. I want to get back to living and not just wishing I had the ideal health and body.

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time.
