To meet my goals I'm aiming to walk between 5,000-7,000 steps each day; I'm using nutrition tracker to let me know how many calories I'm consuming as well as the amounts of nutrients I'm getting from them.

thank you for noticing my status on our two dogs
they are not very compatible Pepper the jack russell has seperation anxiety and Billy the boston terrier is a bit agressive they disagree like a sister and a brother
with love and time hoping they will bond

You Can Be Whatever
You Want To Be!

There is inside you
all of the potential
