To meet my goals I'm aiming to walk between 5,000-7,000 steps each day; I'm using nutrition tracker to let me know how many calories I'm consuming as well as the amounts of nutrients I'm getting from them. Best advice: PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT GOES INTO YOUR MOUTH! KEEP TRACKING!

thank you for noticing my status on our two dogs they are not very compatible Pepper the jack russell has seperation anxiety and Billy the boston terrier is a bit agressive they disagree like a sister and a brother with love and time hoping they will bond One day at a time
