For now going to go slow. Change bad eating habit, like MCD's 5 times a week. No exercise.

I live is the beautiful state of Washington. I am a wife and mother to two beautiful girls. Military spouse and I am sure many other things if I put my mind to it. I have been heavy since 1995. Yikes 18 years. Times to get some of it gone.

It's the same with me. I can't afford to ignore my health. Every morning I start out motivated and something throws a cog in it but I am getting more determined. I'm a slow learner obviously. LOL.

You can do it! Just make up your mind to do it right now. One serving of everything you love, but not overstuff. If you have to cut some of what you love in half, go for it! You can do it.

Hey, if I can cut potatoes and gravy by 1/4 of what I want, you can do it, too. How bad do you want it?
