Hi, Ginger - Thanks for the fruit tray and your encouraging words. I love eating the fresh fruit that's available this time of year. I've been enjoying the Sizzling Summer Challenge. I wish I could help the team with more lost pounds. That's always been a slow process for me. I try to make up for it with doing good on the cardio and ST.

Hope the challenge has been beneficial for you. The final week is approaching.

Hi, I read your comment in Flylady, Peace is Mine (about not having good consistency or follow through on Flylady's program). I also have such a resistance to follow through. I was wondering if you could use some support and encouragement. I've added you as a friend; it would be nice to get to know you. I'm hoping you can be part of my support and encouragement also.
