Halfway to goal and looking up, um... literally.

From the garden this morning: last red of summer, first red of fall.

Awards

Every day. For the rest of my life.

In 2012, I lost 60 lbs.
By Feb 1, 2013, I regained 24 lbs.
By 2014, I will lose 60 more lbs (6 lbs per month) by
-Reinstating my exercise regime.
-Stop kidding myself about how much I eat, and get back to planning and tracking - and have good food on hand for "emergencies."
-Take a good look at how many calories I drink and STOP IT.
-Resting and relaxing.

Update 2/15/13: down 5 from that 24. (See BOSS61's Grapefruit League!)

Just wanted to stop by and let you know I'm still alive and kicking! Not getting my workouts done like I should here for the last few days, after managing to do something every day for over 3 weeks, it just has seemed to be too much trouble. I'm not happy with me. But this too will pass, I am kind of thinking that I'm just tired of inside stuff and I want to move outside. Soon....
I hope you are doing alright, I think of you often.

Thank you. I was trying so hard to be patient, I KNEW that you had a whole lot on your plate right now and you don't need me breathing pathetically down your neck. I'm happy to hear that things are getting down to at least a dull roar. Yippee on the boy coming home for a bit, ask him if he won't mind throwing the dog at you once in a while, just for old times sake. Sorry to hear about the kitty, I had a male with that and he resisted that procedure very much.
You take care of you and let me know how you are when you can.
