Halfway to goal and looking up, um... literally.

Awards

Every day. For the rest of my life.

In 2012, I lost 60 lbs.
By Feb 1, 2013, I regained 24 lbs.
By 2014, I will lose 60 more lbs (6 lbs per month) by
-Reinstating my exercise regime.
-Stop kidding myself about how much I eat, and get back to planning and tracking - and have good food on hand for "emergencies."
-Take a good look at how many calories I drink and STOP IT.
-Resting and relaxing.

Update 2/15/13: down 5 from that 24. (See BOSS61's Grapefruit League!)

May the road rise to meet you,
may the wind be always at your back,
may the sun shine warm upon your face,
may the rain fall soft upon your fields,
and until we meet again,
may god hold you in the palm of his hand.

Happy St. Patrick's day.

I'm so sorry. I have been a bit worried, I hurt for you. I'll be saying some prayers for you and yours.
Take care of you and get back to us when you can.

Just checking in to say hullo and hope your weekend is a good one!
I'm off to work, we have a blizzard coming in so I'll be busy at work today. I run the computer, putting plow routes being run into the database and I will be doing that nonstop today! For the next 12 hours.....sigh....time and a half, Terri, just remember that...and at least I am not out in this! Except to get there...and then to get home....don't mind me, I'm just whining here...I'll go now... emoticon

Thanks for the link, I will most definitely check it out.
I know what you mean about not measuring up. I have long felt that I didn't really deserve happiness, joy, contentment....whatever you would like to call it. I was wrong. I deserve whatever I can wrap my greedy little fingers around. I also had such a fear, each time I would feel good for a while, that it would just end and I would be miserable again. You know what? These things come and go, quite naturally. That does NOT mean that I must not enjoy it when it does happen, even for a little while, it means to enjoy it so much more when I get it given to me. And so I have decided that I am just going to wallow in it when it is here, and not worry about it when it leaves. It will be back.
Maybe if we can wrap our heads around that, we may be able to keep it in those fingers a bit more?

P.S. Just keep smiling, smiling, smiling....it makes people wonder just what the he!! you are up to!! emoticon emoticon
