Girl Getting Fit

Hello, my name is Keri and I have been married for 12 years to my wonderful husband. Together we have two children, Dane is 8 years old and Lauren is 6 years old. This is my second time to begin on a weight loss journey. I originally lost 65 lbs five years ago, and it has slowly been making its way back. I am still down 15 lbs, and I am ready once and for all to get back down to a comfortable weight.

Hi! I saw your post on the community board. I'm in Cedar Park, too. I would love to work together on this weight loss journey. This is my third or maybe even fourth attempt over the past 10 years or so. It can be done. I think the key is to not push ourselves too hard and just let things happen slowly. It's nice to see someone in the local area. :)

Thanks for the goodie. You are going to do fine. Just take it a day at a time and don't stress over small failures. It's a life style change and doesn't happen over night. Wishing you the best!

PATIENCE:

Let's be honest here, emoticon

emoticon You won't drop two jean sizes in a day.

emoticon You won't lose fifty pounds in a month.

emoticon You will miss occasional workouts. emoticon

emoticon You will have a few setbacks. emoticon

emoticon You are human; you will fail sometimes.

emoticon emoticon JUST KEEP GOING!! emoticon emoticon

I was just looking at your Ticker - you are where I was when I started! It can be done! One pound and One day at a time.
