Hi! My name is Wendy. Thanks for stopping by my page. I have been a member of Spark since March 08' but never did anything actively on the site until October 08'. That is when I really got serious in my journey. It hasn't been an easy road by any means. There will always be speed bumps and potholes in whatever road you choose to travel, you just have to learn to be a more defensive driver. Look out highway.....here I come!

UPDATE: 01-08-10....I fell off the healthy lifestyle wagon months and months ago (May 2009 to be exact). My weight is back up to 186.0. Yep, I gained back 39 of the 52 pounds that I had lost. I won't beat myself up about it....it is time to move forward again! I want to be the Girlie Girl! I want to be a Princess! I want to be comfortable in my own skin! I want to be comfortable Naked :P Today I am reclaiming my journey and will see it to the end. I WILL reach my goal! I WILL become healthy and fit! I WILL BE SENSUAL :)) inside and out!
