Restarting with Sparkpeople

I lost 55+ pounds and maintained it for several years. Over the last few years many of those pounds were found. I need to say goodby to them a final time.

Obstacles to overcome
- Medication for fibromyalgia causes weight gain
- I'm a busy mom
- Even with the meds, there are days when I have too much pain or too little energy to work out
- I get tired of tracking food

Ways to overcome obstacles
- Good scheduling
- Go to the Y after ...

Ways to overcome obstacles
- Good scheduling
- Go to the Y after the kids have gone to school instead of back to bed
- Even stretching/movement like Tai Chi is better than no movement at all

Personal Information:
I'm in my early 40's, happily married, and have two kids, one in elementary school and one starting middle school this fall. My primary job is managing my household. I live on the NE side of the Metro Atlanta area.

Other Information:
I love to read, especially Sci Fi and Fantasy.

I love cooking good food but find it really hard to do it when my kids refuse to eat what I prefer to cook.

Medication has helped reduce my daily pain from Fibro, but has done bad things to my weight.
