    Just saw your post from February about your queasy feeling after a long run. Had the same problem a couple of years ago. Mine turned out to be two things, cereal and sugar. I would eat cereal before my runs, only had the bad effect after long runs. During my long runs I would take some form of gu. Once I stopped both of these I have had no more problems. My doctor was of no help since they know so little about nutrition. I started eating just one thing before and during my long runs, a Clif Chocolate Chip bar. I had not problem. I would add in one item each week until I found the culprit. Thought I had it figured out with the cereal, but when I started gu again it came back again, not as bad, but bad enough. Best of luck in finding your problem source, if you haven't found it already.
