It's all about the gym this year. Zumba, Yoga, weights, Aqua. We shall see what else I can do.

I am a licensed Cosmetologist and Manicurist.

I love cats and have 2, Tonka and Lucy.

I have a weakness for chips & popcorn~

Also Tacos I have a major love for tacos and mainly live on them. Keep them low fat and watch your portions, YUMMMMMMMMMMM

Other Information:
My starting weight reached 164 and I lost 25 lbs in 2009/10. Time to get back on track.

I love nature and the outdoors, gardening, camping, swimming. A beautiful beach.

Hello there! Yes, I'm still alive and kicking, in fact I'm training for a half marathon coming up in early May. Life has got me super crazy, I don't get on here at all any more though I feel I should be tracking my food a bit better than I am. :)

Got the workouts down, but now I REALLY have to track everything I eat becuase there is NO WAY I should be gaining weight with my working out!! So frustrating, HATE aging :(

How was your water works class? I tried my first spin class last week it was pretty awesome you should look into that if you're into switching things up. Very fun because your spinning to the music beats.

I officially started my challenge yesterday and was exhausted by the end of class looking forward to tonight's class. Already going through sugar withdraws and drinking so much water! The diet plan is easy to stick too I've done it before it's all about self will I tell you. Support helps too.

Yes! I picked my dress already and about to order it next week!! It's an Allure Romance 2667 :) Still searching? I knew right away and tried on between 15-20 dresses with different styles and still was set on this one!

Hey there! I had a flu this past week I feel like it threw me off my wagon. However that's not going to make me give up. I'd like to lose 20lbs trying to my order my dress soon. I'm not too focused on a number on the scale but the loss in inches. I haven't started fitness pal because I gotta work on my consistency in tracking my meals here.

I joined a 6 week challenge with my coworker that starts next week. It's pretty intense 5 days a week. I'm going to need all the luck and encouragement I can get.

So what's your regime look like?
