My Goals:
1. Walk 30 minutes a day.
2. Follow 40 minute exercise DVD 2-3 times a week or go to the gym.
3. Stay within my calorie range.
4. Exercise my brain!

My Program:
I am tracking what I eat, keeping healthy food in the house, and trying to avoid "trigger" junk food for now.
I've scheduled regular exercise into my week and am using the fitness tracker.
I log into Spark every day.

Thanks for the emoticon to the camp wannabefit team.
I've been busy racking up fitness points this week and getting some inspiration for my first blog,
I looked for an RV group when I joined and only saw one run by a lady doing workcamping and I'm sure she was the only member, I think I'll check your team out. Have fun on your trip!
