My Goals:
1. Walk 30 minutes a day.
2. Follow 40 minute exercise DVD 2-3 times a week or go to the gym.
3. Stay within my calorie range.
4. Exercise my brain!

My Program:
I am tracking what I eat, keeping healthy food in the house, and trying to avoid "trigger" junk food for now.
I've scheduled regular exercise into my week and am using the fitness tracker.
I log into Spark every day.

Hi Marianne, it is a bit hectic wit the family in our basement. It is not easy but family is family and they are trying very hard to live like we were across town.

Have you travelled a lot out of California, are you going to Branson. DH eyes were evaluated and now they want to remove the cataract so he might see better in his good eye. Macular Degeneration is just awful but we talk about it and make it easier to take, HUGS, I was so happy to see your goodie Thanks Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

HI how do you join the camp wanna be fit!!?? sounds like a good fit for me as I have done well with the 100 day challenge, think cos I can choose what I want to do rather than a lot of things I can't fit in or want to do like some of the teams...
