My name is Tina, I was doing really well with weight loss until recently when I lost motivation, became lazy and complacent. I am hoping to re-new my weight loss energy, become healthier and reach my total weight loss goal once and for all. The pictures of me are from my recent wedding 9/30/06 and me at my heaviest weight. I lost 75 lbs in 2005 and I have been able to keep most of it off. I need to lose about 100 more to reach an ideal body weight..but I would be happy with another 75 ...

I love all things creative like the arts, theatre, music, and crafts. I love to cook and have a passion for food, but really love healthy food and want to be more aware of what I am putting in my body by trying to eat mostly organic and locally produced food when available.

I have a passion for life and I am in the process of trying to simplify my life in order to really enjoy the small things. I love my pets and spoil them silly. My dream would be to operate a pug rescue some day...and somewhere warm.

I am very blessed for my beautiful family, my husband, Robert, my step daughter, Jennie and my four lovely and spoiled pets. My husband has high blood pressure so I also need to keep a low sodium diet in mind.

My Goals:
My goals are to really get fit. I have a lot of weight to lose and I keep losing steam so another goal is to never ever give up! I will reach my weight loss goals.

My Program:
I am eating between 1500-1700 calories per day.

Cardio 7 days per week to burn a total of 3K per week.

Swim or Water Aerobics 2x per week

Strength training at the gym 3x per week.

When I woke up this morning, God was whispering in my ear, "How bad do you want it?" And, my answer is... real bad!

You can do it! Stay encouraged and don't give up. You've come to far to turn around, now.

Those Pugs need you to be healthy and strong!
