To make 2014 my YEAR to reach goal weight!

I've been on my journey to a healthier me since April 2010. My journey eventually led me here to Spark in July 2010. During my journey, I've learned I can do anything I set my mind to. Of course, I have learned not all journeys are without a few bumps & detours along the way. From every bump & detour I have always managed to find my way back to getting on track.

I have myself & my family to think about and those are my main reasons for getting healthy. I find my Sparking becomes lax at times, but I continue to put some Spark back into my life.

Will there be other obstacles or bumps & detours I'll face? Sure there will be, but what is a good journey without a few of those. It's what you learn from them to move forward that matters.

There is no limit of "do-overs" in weight loss. It is an ongoing battle & as long as we keep moving and taking one step and day at a time we will eventually win that battle!

Hey!!!!
My world is pretty great! I've always got room for improvement in the eating department but still - I'm doing good. I lost a few pounds over the summer, was able to get rid of some shorts that got too big, & pulled out my smaller ones. I haven't gotten on the scale in almost a month but everything still fits so I'm not worried about it. This time of year is hard on my eating, too. I don't get home until after 8 most nights so cooking is the last thing I want to do. Eating out happens too often.

You already sold your house?!?! That was fast - emoticon What a relief, but also stressful trying to buy another & move. Is your new house far away from the old one? When do you have to be out of the old house?

I thought of you the other day - I saw an Airstream in the Walmart parking lot. FINALLY - but about 2 months too late, lol.
