To make this my YEAR to reach goal weight!

I've been on my journey to a healthier me since April 2010. My journey eventually led me here to Spark in July 2010. During my journey, I've learned I can do anything I set my mind to. Of course, I have learned not all journeys are without a few bumps & detours along the way. From every bump & detour I have always managed to find my way back to getting on track.

Of course, I have learned not all journeys are without a few bumps & detours along the way. From every bump & detour I have always managed to find my way back to getting on track.

I have myself & my family to think about and those are my main reasons for getting healthy. I find my Sparking becomes lax at times, but I continue to put some Spark back into my life.

Will there be other obstacles or bumps & detours I'll face? Sure there will be, but what is a good journey without a few of those. It's what you learn from them to move forward that matters.

There is no limit of "do-overs" in weight loss. It is an ongoing battle & as long as we keep moving and taking one step and day at a time we will eventually win that battle!

I also have signed up for some walks with the idea that I will finish..not worried about postition if I come in dead last ...at least I will finish!

I have about decided that everyday is day 1~~
That way it is easier to say well I only have to get thru today!

Honestly I know so much and yet I just melt when the pressure is on...
Immediately turning to the worst thing I could...candy..Give Me Chocolate and I will survive!!!!

Sorting out life..tis one of those weird things..till you are here..where ever here is in your life...you seem to think all the other people have this figured out and why can't you figure it out. Then I look around and realize that they are backstroking as fast as they can to stay afloat just like me!!

We can do this if only we will !! Knowing is not the same as doing!!
Sadly ..if only needed to know..heck I would be Twiggy!!

The virtual 5K has inspired me to do the 5K training. But BF and I where out doing errands and saw ta ta 5K race for July. So I might have to try it. I don't think I will beat your time, but they sure do give me something to strive to achieve.

I am doing alright. Yes, I am working on streaks too.
Mostly the veggies and logging my food in.
I have a bad habit of not logging and going over calories.
Not too bad so far thank goodness. Hope you are well.
