Best Time Now

This time around I'm looking for the best in me and others. I know I am going to be healthy. Two goals to start: 1. Eat the right things. 2. Exercise at least 1 time daily for 30 minutes. Stick with the carb counting. Give myself a pep talk daily.
Going to lose the 5% with my team Spirited Underdawgs!!! Go Dawgs, go!!

HI Hon !! If you'd like a bunch of sit down exercises listed on one site together,,, I've put them together on the "Losing and Disabled" site,,,,,,, WOOHOOOO !! I can't remembah which heading they are under,,,,, so you will need to click on the topics. We have sooo much going on,, they do not currently show when you come onto the page. Hmmm I think we need to FIX THAT !! It was A LOT OF WORK to do that !!
