Best Time Now

This time around I'm looking for the best in me and others. I know I am going to be healthy. Two goals to start: 1. Eat the right things. 2. Exercise at least 1 time daily for 30 minutes. Stick with the carb counting. Give myself a pep talk daily.
Going to lose the 5% with my team Spirited Underdawgs!!! Go Dawgs, go!!

HI Linda,,,how's the knee feeling? UGHERS !! So very sorry that it was DOWN YOu WENT !! OH MY !!!!!! indeedy you DO HAVE to be so careful !!! Falling SCAREs the WAAHOOHiOOOO out of me, though my last 2, I've NOT broken any bones,,,so the reclast IS WORKiNG !! WOOHOOOOOO !!!! My bone Dr can be VERY HAPPY about this !!!! though I am in my mid/early 50s, my bod "think's" its in its mid 80s,,,,foolish thang !!!!!

Let us know if we can help you out. Do you need exercises are are easier to do, so you do NOT hurt urself during this time? sit down ones? I have A LOT of them.

WOOHOOOO Linda !!! How's the walkin going???? Last night I went out with a fam membah who was TOTALLY UPSET (ok,, RIPPED OFF ! LOL) to help calm him calm,, AMAZING HOW WELL That works !! OH YEAH !! With some heart searching ?s,,,, it QUICKLY WORKED !! WOOHOOOO !!!!! LOVED IT !!!! of course he could NOT go fast,, for I walk (what LITTLE I can actually do !) with walking sticks, ,,,but it was productive and for ALL of us,, that's just a WIN /WIN !! WOOHOOO !!!!!

Do you find it helps you at all levels? Normally of course I do not really walk,,,, cos of the pain it causes me. But, there HAS to be exceptions ! Today at the chiro's he FINALLY gave me some VERY EASY stretching exercises (JUST IN TIME for next weeks challenge ! OH YEAH ! I am EXCITED !). I've been seeing him since Nov,,,,, this is the first time he's allowing me to do ANY and they are VERY EASY ones. Like moving ur head from side to side,,,,same with legs,,,from side to side. He and a few other Dr's compare this 54 yr old bod, to that of an 85 yr old woman "And SHE"S WINNING" they LOVE to say. I'd beat them up,,, LOL but, it'd hurt,,,and Personally I don't :) Think I'd do well in Jail. LOLOLOL !!

Hey keep UP that WALKING and other goals???? The new thread IS UP And OPENED !! We CAN Encourage each other !
