My most important goal and priority is being as close to Jesus as a person possibly can and always be in His perfect will.
I want to stay healthy and maintain
I lost over 30 pounds and reached my goal in 2012. I was maintaining well. Thank you Jesus, for the victory!! Then I gained some back in the fall 2013. So I came back on here, reached my goal again, and am maintaining again.
To stay healthy I will eat more healthy foods.
Eat more fruits and vegetables and mostly grilled/roasted meats.
Cut down on processed foods and eat more healthy snacks.
Walk, exercise, or strength train at least 5 days a week.
Walk/jog or cycle 4-6 miles a week
Track my food and exercise daily.
My life has been totally transformed and yours can be too!
You can know beyond a shadow of a doubt you’re on your way to Heaven. Pray this prayer: ‘’Jesus, I turn from sin and turn to you for forgiveness. I believe with all my heart and confess with my mouth You are the Son of God and died for me and rose from the dead for my salvation. I receive you. Be the Lord of every part of my life, fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and help me live a life that is pleasing to you. Thank you for saving me. Amen.’’
