My Goals:
My most important goal and priority is being as close to Jesus as a person possibly can and always be in His perfect will.

I want to stay healthy and maintain

I lost over 35 pounds and reached my goal in 2012. I was maintaining well for about a year. Thank you Jesus, for the victory!!
Then I gained some back in the fall 2013. So I started tracking regularly again, reached my goal, and have been maintaining for almost years. I am within the healthy weight and BMI range.

2015 GOALS


Reached goal eating 6 fruits/veggies a day for 27 weeks so far

Maintain weight loss


Walk/cycle/strength train/exercise 4-5 days a week

Make a new recipe each week

Track food and exercise daily

    Did you know that you can do squats over your toilet, using it for support for those with bad knees, even leg extensions or reach side to side stretching your arms? Just be sure to close the lid. What is so great about this you can do this any time you go into your bathroom at anytime to keep the movement going even in between clean ups. Keep a couple of hand weights in there and do a little strength training!! Need some time for yourself, hide out in your powder room. Do a little stretching and Keep on Moving!! emoticon emoticon
