I am a retired teacher currently trying to loose weight for my health. It's my new full time job! I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new flavors created by mixing spices and vegetables with protein.

Although I have lost weight on Weight Watchers several times, it always seems to find its way back to me! I realize that lifestyle changes are an important part of any plan to lose weight and I am trying to make those changes part of my daily life.

Had to stop by and thank you for your shared recipes. I've tried two of them and have a good number more in my cookbook to try soon. I'm particularly excited about your high protein pancake recipe! I might try it tomorrow! Thanks so much for your recipes! emoticon

In addition to the comment I left on your post about freebie sites, I wanted to express acknowledgment of your achievement of weight loss. I think that you are on the right track and will succeed in reaching your goal weight. I'm about 32 days (12/22) from being 57 and I only needed to lose about 15 lbs, but my greatest reason for joining SP was to talk to the nicer people in the world....I succeeded and today I offer you the crown for:
