I've Got a Gnuattitude!
Having lived more than half a century, I've finally learned that my attitude creates a lot of my experience.
My daily prayer is:
Heavenly Father,
Teach me to love as You love
To forgive as You forgive
To see myself and others as You see us
And to boldly walk the path You have set before me.

My Goals:
My goal is to continue to make small but positive and lasting lifestyle changes. At the moment, most of my objectives do not involve weight loss, but improved fitness and self-esteem. My desire is to find balance in the spiritual, physical, professional, and social areas of my life.
My Program:
I'm tracking water and exercise minutes, journaling, practicing daily prayer and meditation, and learning the fine art of positive self-talk.

Activities: Lutheran Women's Missionary League; several professional organizations; Sigma Alpha Chi (a service sorority) and Lutheran Braille Workers
Interests:Walking, camping, word/board games, dreaming about traveling, reading, journaling, keeping in touch with friends, following favorite hometown teams (Red Wings, Tigers), theater; currently working with a health coach on developing/improving/enforcing my fitness goals
