I live in Australia and have trouble losing weight. I had my thyroid taken out in2000 and have been struggling with yo yo dieting ever since. I got down to my goal in 2003 and then let myself relax and put it all back and more. Then I got a little depressed and now with the help of fellow spark members, I am determined to succeed.

Hey Anna, you are right some people are bored with life. It is sad because there is so much in front of our faces...so many miracles. Just watch a bird in flight or a plant push its way out of the earth. I have just started to wake up and see what beauty there is around me. I know I have looked and seen it before but now with new eyes. I guess we feel this way every change of season but even more with spring. I feel renewed and refreshed. have an awesome day full of light and love. Pam emoticon
