Winning is Not Quitting

August 2010~ It was VERY hard to weigh myself or to even get motivated this first year of my "stealth visiting" Spark People. It was painful to admit to all my past failures of yo-yo dieting and being up 30 + pounds....again.

October 2011~ Fortunately, something finally clicked for me and I joined in some of the activities and challenges SP offered to help me make weight loss a reality.

January 2014~I lost some ground over the winter. : (
March 2014~Back to ...

March 2014~Back to pre-holiday weight. I know that I will always be a work in progress but I am close and 2014 is my year to make and maintain goal!

No more diets for me. Instead I try to do my best everyday to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. No More beating myself up and NO more quitting.

I have a fantastic, long time SP accountability buddy who gave me one of my favorite sayings: It's time to"STOP THE MADNESS!"

I am getting a lot from the 100 Days book too. I just started her book - Friends with the scale. It is mentioned not to weigh yourself until 4 days away from a trip.....especially plane travel. You can show several pounds that are not true weight. Interesting.

147 would be an awesome weight!
