Winning is Not Quitting

I'm soon to be 65 years "young" looking to make the most of retirement and 2015. My goals this year are:

To track my food and my exercise consistently~focusing on plant based, whole foods, avoiding sugar and processed foods.

Keep challenging myself by taking classes in yoga teacher training, earnng my CYI and by teaching water aerobics.

I'm done dieting. I will to do my best everyday to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. No more beating myself up and ...

2015: Complete series 2&3 yoga teacher training

Earn CYI credential~ Certified yoga instructor

Continue to teach yoga and water aerobics

Reach out to others to encourage and be encouraged for success.

To get light enough, fit enough and strong enough to play tennis again!

My Program:
Visit SP daily

Plant based diet

Cultivate healthy life style habits like drinking enough water, no snacking after 7:00 and tracking

Exercise~Water aerobics, yoga, strength training

Big fan of foam roller

Hi Maria - thanks for the lovely yoga mat. How great that you are doing yoga teacher-training. I first started yoga when I was 16, at school - there was this lady who came in one afternoon a week and performed yoga up on the school stage. I've done it on/off ever since. I have recently found an on-line teacher I really like - Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube - and am doing a daily video. When I practice without a video I find it hard to go SLOW enough!
