Love that your dog is "training you" to walk. My dog looks like this little one with his tail up in the air. I get my arm exercises in because I have to carry him. Buddy is slow and he wants to go his way then puts on the brakes. Have a good week. I can't believe the 5% challenge is over, the 8 weeks flew by....Still have 5 weeks left in the BLC 15 weeks and the BLC 10 weeks starts soon. I need the challenges during the holidays after a gain last year.
