I will lose 6 pounds by June 30.

Drink 8-10 cups of water daily.
Walk, bike, or swim 15 minutes daily.
Write 3 morning pages daily.
Keep my food and activity journal daily.
Eat 8-10 freggies daily.
Track food intake on Sparkpeople daily.
No eating after 8 pm.

Hi was glad to hear from you. Well all i am doing right now is watching what I ate and drink. I try and choose healthy foods. I am using WW so I try not to go over my daily points. as for exercise well I am only doing walking. I wear a fitbit and it counts my steps for me. Other then that I am not doing much. Keep in touch and I will do the same. Sandy
