I will lose 6 pounds by June 30.

Drink 8-10 cups of water daily.
Walk, bike, or swim 15 minutes daily.
Write 3 morning pages daily.
Keep my food and activity journal daily.
Eat 8-10 freggies daily.
Track food intake on Sparkpeople daily.
No eating after 8 pm.

Its an 8 mile trail race with obstacles that I have always wanted to do. Its on trails I am somewhat familiar with as well. I am hoping I can be ready in 8 weeks!

No problem! It's something that I've been realizing lately.

The goal is to develop healthier living habits and I think most of that is mental. I feel like the weight will really start coming off with those habits in place :)
