Fresh start in 2011

Hi Spark People community. I'm new to this site and I look forward to all those I will get to know in the future. I like so many other's are tired of the yo-yo dieting only to gain it all back and then some. I NOW realize that I have to change the way I view food(fuel) so that I can live a healthier lifestyle while losing weight in the process. Live a healthier lifestyle.

By next year, be able to run some kind of marathon.

My Program:
Track food consumption daily. Follow my meal plan. Drink at least 8 glassess of water daily. Follow exercise advice given on this website and be consistent with it.

Thanks for the flowers to brighten my days while I'm dealing with this kidney stone. Worst pain I've ever had in my life on 2 occasions during the past few weeks. Hopefully all will be well soon. I think I'll blog about my experience. It's been interesting.

Hope you will get out and about today! The sunshine is wonderful. Maybe I'll sit outside for a bit this afternoon.
