Just dropping by to say Hi as it's been a while since I have caught up with you. I finished school in Dec 2016 and have been focusing on working out more since that time. Now Feb needs to bring it all together with more focus on eating healthier as well by getting back in the right calorie range. Want to be able to look back this Spring and feel like I utilized my time wisely and didn't waste the Winter opportunity to get healthier.
Not sure how much snow you got in your area this past week, we were lucky and it all stayed north of us, so no snow on the ground meaning no snow shoeing either. The temps have been in the 20s so it has been pretty chilly but a great opportunity in the midwest for us to watch those snow and ice carvers work their magic.
