To eat as close to God made it. Get to goal and stay there. Doing cardio 4-5 times a week. Getting to goal and staying there!
update: I'm 5 pounds from my goal. I will reach my goal and prayer for this year. It was to get to goal and stay there. Memorial Day I'll be at my final goal. I praise God for His strength in finally losing this weight after trying for 2 years!! Praise God!
Workout 5-6 times a week. Walking, bike, Lifting weights at least 2x a week aiming for 3. If I do 2 I'm cooking!!
