Right or Wrong...the CHOICE is YOURS!

Every day of my life, I have to make decisions. I can choose to do what I know is right, or I can choose to do what I know is wrong.

If I choose the right things, my life continues to move in a direction with more right choices than wrong ones.

If I choose the wrong things, I am soon bombarded with all manner of wrong things...and I have to search for the right path again.

I think I'll stick to the right path and make it easier on myself in the long run!

Before Diabetes, I use to eat popcorn [almost nightly] with butter, a soda, maybe some chocolate or marshmallows.. even sugar and cinnamon sometimes. Now I don't drink pop at all [well, I can't say NEVER] on rare occasions I've had something diet .. on rare occasions I might have butter, but for the most part my popcorn is plain-dry air popped with 1/2 a serving of almonds. Being a carbohydrate I cut it down to 2 Tablespoons; however, I'm looking at switching over to roasted broccoli or zucchini chips.. got them in the fridge, just have to bake them! emoticon Do you not like popcorn or is there something wrong with eating it? I never can keep up with the latest findings... emoticon

How has YOUR week been? I was losing really good and then something happened, I gained this week? I'm tracking every bite and exercising.. and thankfully, it's not made me give up, but it IS frustrating. I'm looking at other met goals to help.. like I got into my next size jeans this week and my husband noticed that my feet & legs [calves] are smaller..
emoticon

Hope your having a good week, my husband is off on the weekends making it the hardest times to stay within my boundaries, but it's time for me to figure this out even when he's home.. how do you do when you have company or it's not just you? Do you struggle?

Thanks for visiting my blog. emoticon I think the Melatonin should work, if you give it more time. I just started using L-Theanine but have only tried it once. It's supposed to support a calm, relaxed mind but the one time I took it, it was all I could do to not go to bed early. It's not supposed to promote sleepiness but that one time it did so I may experiment with it and use it on night's that my mind is worked up too much to sleep. emoticon

We buy most of our supplements from Puritan's Pride and usually will pick their line.

I know I can manage, but I need some professional help.
Going to sign up for a course at community collage.
Think there's a class at senior center too.
Did find photo. Now if I can find it again. Smile!!
Cheers
