Finished my BScN! Woo Hoo!! Wait, what's all this extra weight kicking around here?

Ok, back to the drawing board to study for another 3 months and get back to looking like the lady to the left there. A few years older, a few pounds re-discovered, and many new life lessons under my belt. No matter what, I won't give up, I won't give in, and no matter what comes my way or how often I fall, I won't quit getting back up.

Hey thanks for checking up on me! Not sure what you ment by the word unsubbed in your last comment on my page. It Amazes me the different words and sayings people have around the world .
I am doing great still running 3 times a week . I downloaded a new app for 10 k which starts off right at the beginning of c25k . This is great as I am finding that I am stronger now and so I am focusing on lifting my legs a little more and trying to increase my pace . This way the next 5 k I do in July I should see lots of improvement . I have just wrote a blog as I am excited with the changes in my body and that my teens and my mom have started running with me . That was another reason why I started couch 2 5 k again.

I am very busy as i am studing for my real estate exame in June . I work full time in health care where I do home visits the individuals with disabilities and there families alos I work with the senior in our region.
So how are you doing?
